Apple suppliers Quanta, Inventec, and Foxconn are all rumoured to be bidding for the rights to produce the hotly rumoured iWatch, which will apparently be released alongside the iPhone 6, so expect both around summer 2014.

Apple are said to be testing two prototype iWatches at the moment with a view to deciding on the final design.

There have been initial worries with battery life, with prototype versions of the iWatch only allegedly only lasting 1 or 2 days, this is apparently something Apple is working on to try to boost this to at least three days.

iWatch for men and women

Apparently there is going to be a model for men, a 1.7 inch version, and a 1.3 inch version for the ladies more svelte wrist.

Wearable Tech

Wearable Tech is thought to be the next growth area in the tech world, with Samsung already releasing their smart-watch, the Samsung Galaxy Gear, and Google also has a smart watch going into production known as the Google Gem.
