HTC Windows 8 phonesDetails of 3 possible HTC Windows 8 phones have been leaked by someone at HTC.

The three models consisiting of a high, mid and low end device all have codenames and some sketchy specs:

  • Zenith: This will be the flagship phone with a 4.7-inch 720p Super LCD 2 screen, 8-megapixel rear camera, 42Mbps HSPA+ (possibly LTE for US market), NFC, and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
  • Accord: This will be the mid-range device with a 4.3-inch 720p Super LCD 2 screen, 8-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording, NFC, 1GB of RAM, and a dual-core processor.
  • Rio: This is the One V of the group, with a 4-inch 480 x 800 pixel (WVGA) screen, 5-megapixel rear camera with 720p video recording, 512MB of RAM, and a lower-end Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor.

As mentioned these specs are sketchy at best and are by no means final, but they apparently were ‘leaked’ by somebody at HTC so there must be something in it?

Release dates are supposed to be October 2012 for the Accord and Rio, and the Zenith in the last quarter of the year, just in time for Christmas.
